Over eight months creating a house party in the basement of River North’s newest hotspot for 2011, we move the party for one night to a basement in one of our favorite Chi City neighborhoods, Wicker Park. In the center of this mecca, which showcases establishments featuring Chi’s best hip-hop, house, and rock, is a multi-level venue catering to the eclectic tastes of the area, the debonair social club. On 11.11.11 we add to the flavor with a night of what we call Basement Phunk.
